We are currently looking for:
Regional Sales Representative
The Bull and Bee: Meadery and Tasting Room is looking for a Regional Sales Representative to work alongside our distributors in the Northeast U.S. market and help retailers grow volume in existing & new on and off-premise accounts.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships and regular communication with wholesaler partners, their management, operations, sales teams, and key retailers.
- Represent The Bull and Bee at key special events, festivals, and other promotional events in the territory.
- Schedule and attend meetings with distributors to discuss beers, branding, sales and distribution goals, new product launch plans, logistics, marketing\POS, etc.
- Assume a leadership role in implementing The Bull and Bee initiatives with wholesaler partners and retailers.
- Communicate meadery objectives, priorities, policies, and procedures with wholesaler partners.
- Monitor wholesaler inventory to ensure levels are appropriate and assist in developing and approving sales orders.
- Use Quickbooks and Square, and other company-provided software to identify, develop and analyze sales opportunities and other business insights.
- Ensure that retailers and partners accounts are current and in good standing.
- Demonstrate strong retail and wholesale-oriented math skills and understand gross profit, gross margin, pricing strategies, and discounting structures.
- Your work will be done in a home office, a vehicle, or in the field.
- Regular visits to bars, restaurants, and retail accounts are required.
- Valid driver’s license, a registered, reliable, insured vehicle, and ability to drive between assigned accounts.
- Must have all applicable and current registrations and/or licenses required by all State and other governmental agencies to be a meadery/winery/brewery representative.
- Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned.

Special Events Assistant
Love events and looking to elevate your career? We’re hiring a Full-Time Events Assistant! If you have 1-3 years of experience, thrive in fast-paced settings, and want to help create unforgettable experiences, this opportunity is for you. Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Confidence in public speaking preferred.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift and carry 50-pound case boxes frequently during the day.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Tasting room or hospitality experience is preferred.
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Extended hours
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
What You’ll Get:
- Salary Range: $20-30/hr. plus tips when working on-site events; plus sales incentives while working off-site sales events.
- This is a full-time position and requires scheduling as needed to ensure the timely selling of products and possible events that are held on the weekends. Weekends will be required as needed. Schedule will vary widely, depending on the current events schedule. Opportunities for overtime pay will occur as well. Almost all events occur on Saturday and Sunday, with some events on Friday and Thursday evenings. When not working an event, you will spend time in our office preparing for events. Availability during holiday weekends and very important events is required.

Tasting Room Staff / Bartender
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing part-time tasting room bartender to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, assist with administrative tasks, and contribute to a positive and welcoming environment and make a killer cocktail. This is a part-time role, ideal for students or individuals seeking a part-time position. Candidates must be able to work weekends, be interested in all aspects of this business, maintain flexibility in a very dynamic environment and enjoy periodically strenuous physical activity. Our job performance standards are high.
