The Bull and Bee: Meadery and Tasting Room is looking for a Regional Sales Representative to work alongside our distributors in the Northeast U.S. market and help retailers grow volume in existing & new on and off-premise accounts.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships and regular communication with wholesaler partners, their management, operations, sales teams, and key retailers.
• Represent The Bull and Bee at key special events, festivals, and other promotional events in the territory.
• Schedule and attend meetings with distributors to discuss beers, branding, sales and distribution goals, new product launch plans, logistics, marketing\POS, etc.
• Assume a leadership role in implementing The Bull and Bee initiatives with wholesaler partners and retailers.
• Communicate meadery objectives, priorities, policies, and procedures with wholesaler partners.
• Monitor wholesaler inventory to ensure levels are appropriate and assist in developing and approving sales orders.
• Use Quickbooks and Square, and other company-provided software to identify, develop and analyze sales opportunities and other business insights.
• Ensure that retailers and partners accounts are current and in good standing.
• Demonstrate strong retail and wholesale-oriented math skills and understand gross profit, gross margin, pricing strategies, and discounting structures.
• Your work will be done in a home office, a vehicle, or in the field.
• Regular visits to bars, restaurants, and retail accounts are required.
• Valid driver’s license, a registered, reliable, insured vehicle, and ability to drive between assigned accounts.
• Must have all applicable and current registrations and/or licenses required by all State and other governmental agencies to be a meadery/winery/brewery representative.
• Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned.
